A Pirate Software force to leave Linux

A man about the pirate software, has to go jail for 5 month and force to leave Linux and go with Windows.
This case drop to Scott McCausland, ex-administrator of Elite Torrents. On September 2006, Scoot confess about spread the pirate software. He was jail for 5 months jail and 5 months at home.

Although has out from prison, Scoot still have to go jail at home. And he must let government to log all his online activity.

The problem is the software for check online activity only run with Microsoft Windows. Scoot is user of Linux Ubuntu.
It make Scoot frustrated, since he has to change to other OS or never turn on his computer.
